Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 5060 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5060 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Access to the 5060 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to participate in online betting activities under the laws applicable in their place of residence. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age and legal eligibility criteria.
5060 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage or ineligible individuals will be terminated immediately, and all balances in such accounts may be frozen pending further investigation.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is allowed to register one account only only one account on the 5060 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same person—whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods—are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to personal details — including name, phone number, or banking information — must be reported to the 5060 support team promptly.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 5060 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence in securing your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Prohibitions
Users of the 5060 platform agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical methods to exploit the system or games on the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorised or borrowed credit cards or payment methods without permission.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results for unfair mutual gain.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial transactions.
- Posting offensive, threatening, or defamatory content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to access another user's account or 5060's internal systems without authorisation.
5060 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user involved in fraudulent activity or who seriously breaches these terms.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 5060 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits matches the name registered on their 5060 account.
- The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 and will be processed to the bank account registered under the user's name only.
- 5060 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with applicable laws.
- Transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with an account's usual usage patterns will be investigated and may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.
- 5060 is not liable for transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or claim a refund through a bank or payment provider without first contacting 5060 support will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Liability Limitations & Account Termination Policy
5060 provides the online betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the platform's fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 5060 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
5060 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. In cases of termination due to proven fraud, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 5060 support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned to the user's registered bank account once all verification requirements have been fulfilled.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
All content on the 5060 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of 5060 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 5060.
The 5060 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 5060 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Users are advised to review the relevant terms and privacy policies of any third party before using their services.
5060 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the latest version on the official website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
